Posh Technologies is a conversational AI chatbot for banks and credit unions. In 2020, I worked for Posh as a designer and created a comprehensive rebrand for the company. This process included interviews, an in-depth design audit, illustration, and brand application.

User Flows

To begin the design process, I analyzed Posh and the components of the company and the product. It was important for me to understand all of the stakeholders both for the company and the different pieces of our product offerings to effectively design for those audiences.

Logo Development

From my initial observations, I began to work on logo explorations. I felt that it was important to convey communication, conversations, and the innovative technology that Posh offers.

Final Brand

For the final brand, we decided on something that was innovative, sleek, and futuristic. We were trying to design for the future of the technology, because what the company was doing in the Artificial Intellegence space was so cutting edge.

The final logo contains connecting letters, which represent the power of connection that the product allows for. The asterisk in the logo stands for a constantly changing technology and the transformational nature of conversation
